-Admitting Procedure-

Kin Dept - Membership
The current system of adding members is called the “Buddy System”. It is based on all new members being sponsored but that is only the first step.
The applicant may acquire an application by simply sending n-mail to VALES, stating they would like an application.
Step 2 Finding a Sponsor
Each new applicant must first find someone willing to sponsor him or her. We suggest they ask a Clan member they know well, since that Clan member is responsible. As a Sponsor, they may be punished in any way if you, as the applicant causes trouble in the Clan. Also, they may only sponsor 1 person a month.
Step 3 Send in Application
The Applicant must send in their application with ALL the blanks filled in.
Step 4 Interview
After the application has been processed, the applicant will receive a date to attend an interview. They may only miss 3 interviews before having to re-apply. It may take up to a week to receive an interview date.
Step 5 Decision
The Kin Dept will then decide to pass or fail the applicant; if they fail they will be mailed a failure letter (or reason). If they pass they will be directed to the next step.
Step 6 Dedication Test
The applicant will be mailed what they must present the clan as a trial of dedication. When they have acquired what is needed they should send ‘Vales’ a letter entitled “Dedication Test”.
Step 7 Addition
The applicant will be mailed within a week after receiving the “Dedication Letter” and will be directed to an addition class where they will be added to the Clan.
Step 8 Devotee Test
The Applicant will be given a ‘Devotee Test’ during their addition Class. The Applicant must complete the test in a ONE month period and send in after each section is completed.
Step 9 Full Membership
The applicant will be called to the Clan Shop after their Devotee Test is completed and the 30 day period has ended. At this time they will receive full membership and a Clan title.

^ You must have a "sponsor" to sponsor you, this sponsor must already be in the clan and a member for at least 2 months. If all of the above is not included you will not be allowed to join the clan.

a) You are under level 30.
b) You do not live in Kugnae or Hausson.
c) You are not loyal to King Yuri & Prince Mhul.

After it is received, your application will be processed. If all is in order, you should receive the date of your interview in a week. It is the Kin Dept Staff who chooses the date and time for interviews! Do not mail them requesting a private meeting, they are too busy! But if you miss the first two weekly interview dates they send you, you are asked to mail them to explain why, and then we can see what can be done. But before you go to your interview we suggest you visit our Clan Web-site at: Http://sunmoonsect.com/.
REMEMBER! If you pass the interview there is a FEE to join the Clan. It ranges from 5k-25k, which may be paid in certain items or coins.

Congratulations on passing the Sun Moon Interview and Dedication Test! This is part 6 and the final part of the Kin Dept's Buddy system!
IMPORTANT! CLAN DEVOTEE's may NOT enter the Clan CRAFTING ROOM, become a Clan Crafter or join ANY Clan Committee until their Devotee title is changed. Entering the Clan Crafting room will result in EXILEMENT!
Now, that you are a member of the Sun Moon Clan these steps should come easy to you. You have one Month to finish these four steps. By the time your one-month trial is over you must have finished these trials. The date your month is over is on you title "Devotee Month/Date". There is no order these trials are to be done. IF YOU FORGET TO MAIL IN THE TASK IT WILL NOT COUNT!
1.You must complete one Clan hunt. Clan hunts are usually posted on the Clan board with dates and times. When you have completed this task, mail "Vales" with the title "Devotee Task" and tell me you have completed the first task include the date; hunt host's name and the time you hunted (Minimum of 45 minutes). INCLUDE your Devotee Title 'Devotee 00/00'.
2. You must attend one Clan Event (Clan Trivia, Horse Race, Amber Battleships, Handball, etc.). Clan events are usually posted on the Clan board with dates and times. When you have completed this task, mail "Vales" with the title "Devotee Task" and tell me you have completed the second task include the date; event host's name and the time you hunted (Minimum of 45 minutes). INCLUDE your Devotee Title 'Devotee 00/00'.
3. You must complete either another Clan hunt or attend a Clan event (Clan Trivia, Horse Race, Amber Battleships, Handball, etc.). When you have completed this task, mail "Vales" with the title "Devotee Task" and tell me you have completed the third task include the date; hunt/event host's name and the time you went (Minimum of 45 minutes). INCLUDE your Devotee Title 'Devotee 00/00'.

REMEMBER! After your trials are done you still must wait for your one-month trial to be over. Also if I receive 2 or more complaints from Clan members about your behavior while in the Clan in general or while accomplishing these tasks, you will fail. I'm watching you ^.^

Lastly, when your time & tasks are completed your name will be posted on the 'Celestial Chronicles' Board, under 'COMPLETED DEVOTEES', please read that for final instructions.
